Blast from the past

Remember those ribbon barrettes we all wore in the 80's?

I do and I also thought my daughter would love them... Thank goodness for the Internet, I was able to find the directions at

Now to choose the colors... of course, red and white (High School Musical colors) and blue and gold to match her school uniform.

The barrettes come in packs of 3, so we have one more to make - maybe red and green for Christmas?
