checking out middle schools...

2012.018 - Molly and I took the morning off to attend an open house at Betsy Ross Arts Magnet School in New Haven.  She loved it - a school that spends an hour each day in theater, music, visual arts, and/or dance.  She is in LOVE (and it seems like it would be a perfect fit for her).  The downside - admission is done by lottery and there aren't very many 7th grade spots available.  Well... as my Mom would say - if it is meant to be, it will be.  So putting this one in God's hands.
