The quilt is done - Hooray!
It started with a simple enough request....
Mom, can I have a new quilt for my bed? To which I answered - sure, let's go to the store and pick something out. After MANY stores - we realized that my daughter is as picky as I am.
We went to JoAnn's to pick out fabric. Molly kept asking for orange with a little yellow, green, and pink mixed in. I kept telling her - that I didn't think that existed. Boy, was I wrong.
I was afraid that this would be overwhelming, but it really came out nicely...
Yeah, she liked it... she really likes it! I still need to make curtains and some pillow shams - but I am really happy it is done!
